This Policy describes how LLC TD ASAL KO processes personal data on https://asalko.ru (the Website) under Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.
The Russian version published at https://asalko.ru/privacy_policy/ prevails if this translation differs.

- persons sending an enquiry via the Website form, email or phone, including representatives of legal entities.
3. Purposes and data
- Website operation — session and strictly necessary cookies.
- Handling enquiries / pre-contract communication — name, email, phone, message text, date and time, IP address. Legal basis: item 5 of part 1 of Article 6 of Law 152-FZ and consent.
- Website statistics (Yandex Metrica) — only with cookie-banner consent.
- Spam protection — a picture captcha generated and checked on the Operator’s server; no transfer to third parties.
- Marketing emails/calls — only with a separate consent under the Advertising Law.
Storage of enquiry data: 3 years after the last interaction or until consent is withdrawn, unless another legal basis applies. Marketing: until withdrawal.
4. Recipients
- YANDEX LLC — Yandex Metrica and related widgets (if analytics cookies are accepted);
- VK LLC (Mail.ru email) — mailbox info-asalko@mail.ru;
- authorities where required by law.
Personal data of Russian citizens are recorded in the Russian Federation first. The enquiry-form captcha is processed only on the Site server and does not involve cross-border transfer.
5. Rights
You may request information about processing, correction, blocking or deletion, withdraw consent, and complain to Roskomnadzor or a court. Email info-asalko@mail.ru. The Operator responds within the time limits of Article 20 of Law 152-FZ (generally 10 business days).
